I am Vojtěch, and I do stuff (mostly) with data. These days I spend most of my time inside Microsoft Fabric and Power BI, and lately tuning my Obsidian.

Why this blog exists
As I said, I enjoy details, and I enjoy publishing them even more. I wanted a place to put detailed findings about whatever I happened to find interesting. Learn how it works, measure it, then publish what came out. A lab of my own, without the formality of an actual lab. Lately I lean even further into measuring things in the Microsoft Fabric and Power BI ecosystem.
Community
I am based in the Czech Republic and most of what I put out for free is in Czech. The Cesta Do Fabricu podcast, long sessions at user groups, a Czech and Slovak Discord community about data, and talks at local conferences on Microsoft Fabric and Power BI.
Speaking
Most of my talks are demo heavy, or take a feature further than the documentation does. Usually there is a measurement or a finding in there that makes you think again about whatever I am talking about.
